This is interesting. So you are saying that students can take “exams” to pass levels? Or take exams for themselves to be instructors?

This does not mean that if an instructor is not certified that people don’t enjoy taking lessons from them nor that they don’t know what they are talking about. It just means they are not ‘certified’
